Terms of Service
These terms cover customer ordering, vendor operations, and food court owner usage of FCOS.
Customer Terms
Customers are responsible for reviewing menu items, quantities, table details, and order totals before checkout. Orders are routed to participating vendors in the selected food court.
Payments And Refunds
Payments are processed through Razorpay or approved payment providers. Refund eligibility, timing, and fulfillment issues are handled according to the food court and vendor policies, subject to payment-provider rules.
Vendor Terms
Vendors are responsible for menu accuracy, item availability, preparation, fulfillment, counter operations, and customer support for their products. Vendors must keep operational status and menu details current.
Food Court Owner Terms
Food court owners manage tenant setup, vendor access, subscription usage, operational configuration, and staff permissions. Owners are responsible for the conduct of vendors and staff operating under their food court account.
Subscription Usage
Subscription features, vendor limits, analytics, realtime tools, and financial reports are governed by the active plan assigned to the food court account. Misuse or non-payment may restrict access.
Acceptable Use
Users must not abuse authentication, interfere with ordering operations, submit fraudulent orders, misuse payment flows, upload unlawful content, or attempt to access another tenant, vendor, or customer account.
Preserved Records
Order, payment, subscription, and audit records may be retained after account deletion where required for reconciliation, fraud prevention, tax, legal, or operational purposes.
